Terms and Conditions
You can arrive from 3pm on your day of arrival. Please ensure you have vacated the yurt on your day of departure by 11am.
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance for your holiday is due 10 days before your holiday.
If you need to cancel your holiday, we will do our best to fill your slot and if we can do this we will return your deposit. If the space cannot be filled then the deposit is non-refundable. We strongly suggest that you purchase holiday insurance for peace of mind.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, we will return all monies already paid by you.
We will provide a full basket of wood and kindling on arrival. If you need more than this you will need to purchase it yourself – we can let you know where local suppliers are to be found. Gas canisters for the camping stove and kerosene for the lamps are provided.
Parents are responsible for the safety of their own children.
Eviedale campsite are responsible for the campsite and campsite facilities.
Please do not light fires on the ground at the campsite.
Strictly no smoking in the yurt.
